This is a Work In Progress documentation for an fMRI viewing application. It is very unlikely that you really want to be reading this.
- Install PyQt4, VTK,
yum install PyQt4 vtk-python qscintilla-python numpy
You might be able to install VTK from the Enthought distribution
To add icons edit the resources.qrc and then run the PyQt resource compiler: pyrcc4 resources.qrc > resources_rc.py
|||PyVTK is a total pain to install on non GNU/Linux systems as such it is optional if you want to view 3D volumes but do not have OpenGL 2.0 support (i.e. GLSL)|
|||This will probably become an optional requirement. Only necessary for the Python console and Editor|
|||If there is a huge demand for tarballs (or when development advances more) I'll start generating them.|
